Manager Development Program
Developing Potential provides learning pathways for managers and supervisors to develop their people management skills. This program is suitable for people who are new to supervising or would like to update their skills.
Participants can attend any of our stand alone workshops or attend the full 6 day program which will allow them to practice new strategies in the workplace between each workshop.

New supervisor – 2 days
A practical two day course providing essential skills for supervising employees at work. Throughout the program participants apply the skills to case studies. Participants also gain an insight into their preferred approach to supervising, its strengths and limitations. They then identify strategies to make the most of their natural strengths.
Managing people effectively – 2 days
This workshop is designed to support experienced managers in further developing their people management skills. The course will focus on the participants' experiences and provide opportunities for them to further develop their understanding of management and effective communication within a team. The course is designed specifically for managers who are dealing with difficult situations as well as for those who want to refresh or update their skills.
Leading teams – 2 days
A workshop packed with practical skills for leading and building effective teams within your organisation. Participants will develop strategies to build teams that capitalise on the diverse talents and backgrounds of individuals.
