Scope of Information collected by DPA
DPA (as a controlled entity of O Group Inc.) collects information about clients (including personal information about individual course registrants) from enquiry and registration forms so the type and level of information collected by a business unit such as DPA will depend on the transactions and enquiries made to DPA and O Group Inc.

Use and disclosure of information
Personal information which a client business or individual supplies is collected by DPA for use in connection with conducting its business as part of the O Group of controlled businesses. Such uses include matters related to the response to enquiry forms, the provision of training products or services, news updates and administration. Information provided in the survey is used for statistical and evaluation purposes. DPA has no obligation to and will not disclose personal information concerning a member or a delegate to parties outside of DPA or O Group Inc., other than for a purpose made clear to a member and to which a member has given consent to.

Please note that the information provided by clients or individuals may be disclosed to the O Group’s agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide training, administrative, telecommunications, computer or other services to O Group Inc. in connection with the operation of its business such as DPA and who have duties to the O Group and DPA to keep such information confidential and secure.
 

Security
DPA and O Group Inc maintain strict standards and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to client business and individual personal information and to ensure the correct use of information.
 

Privacy
DPA and O Group Inc adhere to National privacy standards as protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Information on the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 can be found on the Federal Privacy Commissioner's web site.
