Coaching
Public coursesWhere the client cancels training/coaching of their own volition
a) greater than 10 working days prior to the session being delivered, full refund is payable
b) within 10 working days prior to the session being delivered, refund is payable less
- $900 cancellation fee per full day of training booked
- $450 cancellation fee per half day of training booked
- $50 cancellation fee per hour of coaching booked
- 50% of public course fee per person
Fee refunds will be calculated according to the date the client officially notifies Developing Potential of their intention to cancel the session.Accredited training programs Where the participant ceases training of their own volition:
a) prior to the midway point of the program, refund is made at the rate of 50% of the total fee payment.
b) after the midway point of the program, no refund is payable
This applies irrespective of whether the participant has actually attended classes or not.
Fee refunds will be calculated from the date the participant officially notifies Developing Potential of their withdrawal from the program. - Warranty period of applicable – n/a
